To Whom It May Concern:
I am an excellent fit for the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing role at SAMBAZON. On top of being local, I have extensive experience running e-commerce lifecycle marketing (and more!) for both subscription and single-order products across many D2C CPG product categories including consumable goods, like coffee. My experience with Klaviyo, Asana, and Zendesk platforms will enable me to hit the ground running.
In my last two roles I was in charge of many things including email, SMS, and browser push notifications. I have run more than 5 different brands on the Klaviyo platform. I managed transactional and promotional flows, list cleaning, form integration, and the entire campaign calendar. I planned all our campaigns, coordinating with stakeholders at every step and delegating tasks. In my role at HomeLife Media I managed 3 core lists totaling 2.1mm active profiles with 1mm engaged profiles. In that same role I helped launch our loyalty program, working closely with IT to implement and test our custom integration and then planning and fleshing out all our email flows.
I am a highly organized self-starter who enjoys being thrown messy problems to untangle and find solutions for. I love creating and fine tuning processes. My favorite PM tool is Asana (not lying!) where I have created streamlined workflows for myself and my team. It has allowed me to be more creative whether I was planning a high-impact multi-channel campaign or executing on individual tasks. It’s such a great tool for managing everything even down to tracking A/B/multivariate test results.
I greatly enjoy creating detailed campaign reports to share results and insights. In my past roles I have advocated for sharing reporting with other teams in an effort to foster new ideas and insights, as well as to celebrate campaign achievements with those who also worked so hard towards our goals.
I am confident I can bring fresh ideas to the email marketing program while collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders. In my role at HomeLife Media, I orchestrated multi-channel campaigns for iHeartCats.com and iHeartDogs.com evangelizing the existing customer base to spread awareness for a cause. I created the campaign messaging and coordinated between multiple departments to craft visually engaging, highly shareable promotional content encompassing viral video, organic and paid social posts, finger-stopping email, and more – all with great engagement. Since I started out in acquisition for that role, I was able to pull from my past success while collaborating with my growth-focused team members to showcase the content and messaging that I directed. Each campaign was more and more successful as we learned from past campaigns and applied the new strategies I came up with across all channels.
A little more about me: In my free time you can usually find me chasing my 2 little ones and 3 fur babies (1 kitty and 2 dogs) around the house, or going on adventures to nearby botanical gardens, beaches, and parks. I love watching things grow, whether it be my 50+ houseplants, espalier fruit trees, or the email list I’m nurturing.
